Terms and Conditions – Mirror Photo Booth Rental – Effective Date: July 24th, 2025
Welcome to Pose! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between you (“Client”) and Pose (“we,” “us,” “our”) for the rental and use of our Mirror Photo Booth services.
By booking our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Booking and Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to reserve your date. Booking is not confirmed until the deposit and signed agreement are received.
- Full payment is due no later than 30 days prior to the event date.
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, certified check, cash, PayPal, and Venmo.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event will be refunded, minus the deposit.
- Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.
- In the rare case we cannot fulfill your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, illness, weather), a full refund will be issued.
3. Service Duration and Setup
- Standard rental includes minimum 3 hours of active booth operation.
- Setup requires at least 60 minutes before the scheduled start time, and breakdown requires 30 minutes after.
- Overtime is charged at $325/hour and must be arranged in advance or at the event (subject to availability).
4. Client Responsibilities
- The Client must ensure:
- Indoor Setup: The Mirror Booth must be placed indoors on a flat surface with at least 8x8 feet of space and access to a standard 110V outlet.
- Wi-Fi Access (for instant sharing, if applicable) is provided.
- Adequate access for delivery and setup at the venue.
- The Client is responsible for guest behavior and will be liable for any damage caused by misuse, spills, or intentional tampering with the booth.
5. Use of Photos and Guest Consent
- Photos taken using the Mirror Booth may be shared instantly via email, SMS, or social media (when applicable).
- Unless otherwise requested in writing, we reserve the right to use event photos for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and marketing materials.
- Guests using the booth implicitly consent to having their images captured and potentially used for promotional purposes.
- *Unlimited Prints - are subject to the following conditions: CAP PFF ST 200. This refers to a maximum of 200 total prints per event, after which additional prints may be subject to a fee, unless the paper runs out and exceeds 200 prints, at which point further prints may not be possible.
6. Booth Attendant
- A trained booth attendant will be present throughout the rental period to assist guests, manage prints, and ensure smooth operation.
- Our staff will be courteous and professional but reserve the right to shut down the booth if unsafe conditions arise (e.g., unruly guests, spillage).
7. Props and Backdrops
- Props are included unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to withhold or remove props if they are being misused or damaged.
- Backdrops (if included) will be selected prior to the event. Custom backdrops may incur additional charges.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for:
- Printing errors due to user input or interference.
- Technical difficulties outside our control (e.g., power failure, Wi-Fi loss).
- Liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the booking.
9. Force Majeure
- We are not liable for delays or inability to perform due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of God, government regulations, pandemic restrictions, or power outages.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
- Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Raleigh, North Carolina.
11. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon posting.
